However, as the use time increases, the gap between the wear plate and the cutting ring of the concrete pump may also be too large, and the gap between the wear plate and the cutting ring must be adjusted. Now we introduce it in detail as follows.

1、Cleaning hopper, S pipe valve

 pay attention to clean the hopper and S pipe valve before adjusting,

2. Adjust the gap

Unscrew the stop screw of the positioning screw, then tighten the compression nut of the special-shaped bolt, and pull the S tube to the rear wall of the hopper, so as to reduce the gap between the cutting ring and the spectacle plate, so that the gap between the spectacle plate and the cutting ring meets the standard.
